Quantum Breathwork is a powerful 2.5-hour guided experience combining conscious connected breathing, somatic awareness, music, nervous system regulation, meditation, and intentional inner exploration.
Through the breath, we move beyond the analytical mind and create space for emotion, energy, insight, and transformation to arise. You may experience emotional release, physical sensations, deep peace, clarity, expanded awareness, or a stronger connection to yourself.
Every experience is different. Your breath will meet you exactly where you are.

WHAT THE JOURNEY INCLUDES:
We will begin by creating safety in the body and setting an intention for the experience.
You will then be guided through grounding, nervous system regulation, conscious connected breathwork, music, somatic release, meditation, and a period of integration.
The session will close with space to rest, reflect, and gently return.

HOW TO PREPARE:
Please join from a quiet and private space where you will not be disturbed.
You will need:
A yoga mat, bed, or comfortable place to lie down
A blanket
Water
Headphones or a good speaker
An eye mask, if available
A journal for after the session
Stable internet and access to Zoom
Avoid eating a heavy meal for approximately two hours before the session. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and give yourself some quiet time afterward to integrate.

Conscious connected breathwork can create strong physical and emotional responses. This practice may not be appropriate for everyone.
Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant or if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, seizures, epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, recent surgery, severe asthma, serious mental health conditions, or any medical condition that may be affected by intense breathing.

Vanja Vujovic is a trauma-informed breathwork and somatic healing facilitator devoted to creating safe spaces for emotional healing, nervous system regulation, personal growth, and expanded awareness.
Through years of spiritual exploration, self-healing, training, and facilitation, she has developed an approach that honors both the body and the deeper inner experience.
Her intention is not to tell you what to discover, but to guide you back toward your own wisdom.
