2-Day Breathwork & Nervous System Immersion

A deep, experiential 2-day journey into understanding your nervous system, regulating your body, and creating lasting change from within.

Most people are living in patterns of stress, emotional overwhelm, or subtle disconnection from themselves. This immersion is designed to help you understand why that happens and give you the tools to shift out of it.

Through a combination of science-based teaching, breathwork, and somatic practices, you will learn how your body responds to stress, how emotional patterns are formed, and how to begin working with your system instead of against it.

This is not just something you’ll learn - it’s something you’ll experience.

What This Experience Includes

  • Education on stress, nervous system regulation, and emotional patterns

  • Heart–brain coherence tools (HeartMath-based practices)

  • Breathwork techniques for both activation and restoration

  • Guided meditations and somatic awareness practices

DAY 1: Understanding & Regulation

Day 1 focuses on building awareness and creating safety within your body.

We will explore the science of stress and dysregulation, how different emotional states impact your nervous system, and what happens when we live in survival-based patterns over time.

You’ll learn how stress affects both your mental and physical health, and how to begin shifting into more regulated and supportive states.

This day includes:

  • The science of stress and nervous system dysregulation

  • Depleting vs. renewing emotional states and how they shape your daily experience

  • How survival states impact your body, mind, and behavior

  • Practical tools to shift your state in real time

  • HeartMath-based techniques for emotional regulation and coherence

  • Restorative breathwork and guided meditation to support grounding and balance

DAY 2: Breaking Patterns & Creating Change

Day 2 builds on the foundation from Day 1 and moves into deeper transformation.

We will explore how emotional and behavioral patterns are formed, how cycles of stress and trauma repeat, and what it takes to begin breaking those cycles.

From a regulated and aware state, you’ll be guided into creating something new — new ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up in your life.

This day includes:

  • Understanding trauma cycles and repeated emotional patterns

  • How to interrupt and shift those patterns

  • Tools for regulation and conscious change

  • Expanding beyond familiar emotional states

  • A full guided breathwork journey for release, clarity, and deeper connection

  • Integration and vision-based work to support new directions in life
